Your hosts at the Alpin Camping Kaunertal are the Ragg family. Simone Ragg – a native of Kaunertal and experienced in tourism – and Mathias Ragg, a long-standing mountain and ski guide of the Kaunertal valley. Alongside them are their four children and many helping hands from the family and their circle of friends. Everyone pitches in when it’s needed.

Sustainability is important to us

We are committed to preserving our beautiful mountain world. That's why sustainability is a natural part of Alpin Camping – through conscious use of resources, regional and seasonal products in the restaurant and farm shop, and planning that focuses on efficiency and longevity. Thoughtful design was also a priority: the main building, which houses the reception, sanitary facilities, apartments, and restaurant, is equipped with a modern, energy-efficient heating system.

Accessibility & Mobility

The Kaunertal holiday region is a pioneer in barrier-free tourism: under the motto "Freedom in the mountains for all", ski areas, hiking trails and nature experiences are accessible with wheelchairs or pushchairs. At Camping Kaunertal, we also place great importance on making your stay as straightforward as possible for all our guests.
