We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz idgF) to implement the European Accessibility Directive (EU) Directive 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

This website partially complies with the AA level of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 due to the following non-compliance issues and/or exceptions.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not accessible for the reasons stated below:

a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

  • Currently, text alternatives in languages other than German are not available for some non-text content, meaning that criterion 1.1.1 – Text alternatives – is only partially met. It is planned to provide corresponding text alternatives for all non-text content.

Non-compliance with accessibility requirements is regularly reviewed to ensure that all requirements are met as far as possible. We place great importance on continuously making improvements and implementing any necessary adjustments promptly to ensure accessible use.

  • Older documents and content that are not accessible are available on the website. Since these were published before 28.06.2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for these.

For these third-party contents, no statement can be made regarding compliance with accessibility regulations, and they are therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
