Yes, we camp! Cancellation terms, dogs on site, check-in and check-out, quiet hours and much more – on this page we have summarised all the booking information for your camping holiday in Tyrol for you in a clear and concise way.

Consideration and respect are our top priorities. Please keep your pitches and all communal areas clean and tidy.

Our camping team is always happy to assist you – please follow their instructions.

  • To ensure everyone can relax, the following quiet hours apply at Alpin Camping:
    - Night-time quiet: 22:00 – 07:00
    - Midday quiet (recommended): 12:00 – 14:00
  • During these times, please avoid loud conversations, music, and unnecessary vehicle traffic.
  • Please arrive during reception hours. Your pitch is available from 14:00.
  • On the day of departure, please vacate the pitch by 11:30.
    - You may settle the final amount the evening before (electricity consumption is charged as a flat rate for the last night) or in the morning on the day of departure, either in cash, by EC card, or credit card.
    - All prices are in euros.
  • If you arrive after 19:00, please inform us in advance.
  • Throughout the entire camping area, walking pace applies.
  • One vehicle is provided per pitch.
  • Please park any additional vehicles in the designated parking areas.
  • Please maintain the specified distances to the adjacent pitches.
  • The ground must not be altered (e.g. by digging or installing fixtures).
  • Please set up awnings and tents only within your pitch.
  • Our sanitary facilities are available to all guests – please treat them as you would like to find them yourself.
  • Children under 6 years of age are kindly asked to use the sanitary areas only when accompanied by an adult.
  • Please do not dispose of hygiene products, food waste or any other rubbish in toilets or showers.

Help us protect our nature:

  • Please separate your waste and dispose of it exclusively in the designated bins.
  • Glass should only be disposed of during the designated times (consideration for other guests).
  • We kindly ask you to respect plants and animals – they are part of the unique mountain world of Kaunertal.
  • Open fires are not permitted anywhere on the site.
  • Barbecuing is allowed with suitable equipment, provided there is no increased fire risk.
  • Please ensure all ashes are completely cooled before disposal.
  • Pets are welcome! Please indicate pets when making a reservation.
  • Please keep your dog on a leash at all times. Please remove any waste immediately. (Dog bags/Dog station)
  • Please be considerate of other guests, especially children.
  • Escape and emergency routes must always be kept clear. The main entrance at the reception of the main building is the assembly point in emergency situations.
  • In the event of a storm, please secure awnings and loose objects.
  • Information on first aid facilities, fire extinguishers etc. is available at reception.

Cancellations and early departures are possible free of charge at any time without giving reasons when booked with cancellation protection. For cancellations or early departures of bookings without cancellation protection, the total amount will be retained, excluding local and environmental taxes.

  • Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge throughout the entire camping area and in the main building.
  • Please use electricity and water connections carefully.
  • The Kaunertal Summer or Wintertal Card BASIC, which comes with many benefits, is included in your stay. You will receive this after arrival via email to the address provided. (Note: the sender is the Kaunertal Tourist Board)
  • Staying at the campsite is at your own risk.
  • No liability can be accepted for damage caused by force majeure or other guests.
  • Parents are responsible for their children.
  • 08:00 to 11:00 and 14:00 to 18:00

  • If departing early, please pay the day before.

The Kaunertal is an alpine high mountain valley – weather changes can occur quickly. Please inform yourself about the current weather conditions before hiking or mountain tours.
